guys i have played this before. at the end it has the CREEPEIST music ever and its not a virus, its tracker so when u downlad it, it will make it so the creater can track and maybe even kidnap u. how i know? Its because ive played it on my cousins computer and the song at the end goes on for like 5 or 6 hours. be carefull out there guys!
I've played before, It knows your name from the computer name and the first name from with account you've registered your pc with. I could be wrong, but is this the "virus" everyone's talking about? or is it something else

search "Task Manager"
Open it
click SONIC.EXE and end task
